ReproAlign is building the next generation of AI-powered healthcare SaaS platforms for fertility and IVF clinics. We develop intelligent web and mobile applications that transform how clinics operate and how patients experience reproductive care. ⭐ What You Will Work On

  • •Ship enterprise SaaS features end-to-end, from architecture to secure release
  • •Own automated testing, CI/CD, and observability for regulated healthcare software
  • •Run multi-tenant cloud deployments with feature flags, performance tuning, and rollout safety
  • •Build AI-first experiences: ML models for fertility workflows, intelligent UIs, and API services
  • •Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery while collaborating with clinicians and researchers

🎯 Must-Have Skills

  • •1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development
  • •Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one backend language
  • •Solid understanding of React and modern frontend development practices
  • •Experience building RESTful APIs and working with databases
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
  • •Familiarity with version control, testing, and software engineering best practices
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • •Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced development cycles

⭐ Nice to Have

  • • Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • • Knowledge of computer vision models and image processing
  • • Previous work with AI APIs and integrating ML models into applications
  • • Experience with React Native or mobile development
  • • Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated software environments
  • • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
